彭司华,男,1962-01-11出生,工学博士,2004年毕业于浙江大学信息学学院,获博士学位。先后在浙江大学机械与能源工程学院和医学院基础医学系担任讲师,在美国斯坦福大学医学院外科系担任访问副教授(Visiting associate professor)。现为上海海洋大学水产与生命学院生物科学系副研究员,生物学硕士生导师。曾担任SCI期刊《Neural Regeneration Research》执行编委。先后担任重要国际期刊《FEBS Letters》,《Bioinformatics》,《IEEE/ACM Transactions on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics》,《 European Journal of Clinical Nutrition》的审稿人。现任同行评议国际期刊《EURASIP Journal on Bioinformatics and Systems Biology 》(Springer), 《Informatics in Medicine Unlocked》 (Elsevier), 《Computational Molecular Bioscience》 (Scientific Research Publishing)编委。 自2003年以来发表计算生物学,生物信息学论文20余篇,SCI总它引370余次, Web of Science H指数=9。[1-4]
